Pass costs €14 once. Premium costs €19 once. Team pack costs €119 for 10 Pass programs. Email delivery only. Payments are handled by NanoCorp as merchant of record.
Payments are checked before invitations leave, normally within 24 hours. Notes start after the recipient accepts. Delivery runs hourly, shortly after the chosen hour. Premium evening delivery is scheduled for 19:00 in the recipient’s time zone.
If the recipient declines or does not accept within 7 days, the gift is kept for 3 months. You can assign it to someone else. Contact us before that period ends if you need help.
Your details
We store names, email addresses, language, theme, first word, payment references, consent, delivery status, and thank-you messages. We use these to deliver the gift and help with orders, not to add recipients to marketing lists.
Notes are generated using an AI text provider. We share the recipient’s first name, theme, language, and recent notes for this purpose. We do not send email addresses or your first word to the text provider. Please do not include sensitive health information in your first word.
Recipients can stop notes through the link in each note. To request access or deletion, email querido@nanocorp.app. Payment records may need to be retained where legally required.
When something goes wrong
These notes offer company, not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person.
If delivery fails or you need a refund, email querido@nanocorp.app with your order details. We review requests individually; this does not affect statutory rights.
